UPDATE 10/06/21: As a result of our ongoing consultations with regards to the unfolding COVID outbreak on the Sunshine Coast, we have made the extremely difficult decision to Postpone the Out 'n' Proud Festival, in line with our COVIDSafe Event Plan.

While we do not make this decision lightly, we do so in the hope that the extra time will allow confidence and peace and mind for the community that our event has taken all precautions to protect them against this infection.

We are excited to bring Out 'n' Proud Festival to Caloundra on Saturday 21 August 2021.

All Stalls, Tickets and Passes are fully transferable to the new date, and we look forward to adding even more value, entertainment and excitement to the event in the meantime.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but our primary focus needs to be on the safety of our attendees, vendors and staff.

Out 'n' Proud Festival is operating under a COVIDSafe Event Plan, approved by the Public Health Unit. Under this approved plan, our Festival can operate with a daily Capacity of 9,000 attendees. Prior to entering the Festival Arena, attendees will need to Check In via the Queensland Government Check-In App. This is to ensure that Contact Tracers are able to quickly and efficiently contact you, should the need arise.

Throughout the Festival Arena, a number of further COVIDSafe measures will be out in place to ensure the safety of our attendees. These measures include the provision of Hand Sanitiser for attendees and staff to utilise. Social Distancing Reminders and more signage to remind you of COVIDSafe Practices.
